编译内核求助：网卡不能启动

编译了2.4.20内核，网卡选择sis900，其他的都缺省
#make dep
...
...
#lilo -v
#reboot
重起之后,网络不能启动，
ifconfig结果,eth0没有启动
我的网络只能使用DHCP
debian3.0woody
怎么回事啊?
大家的网络是怎么配的?

it has work when i chose the "Socket Filtering" in the "Networking options"
but i wanna why DHCP using this option
who can tell me?

可能是/etc/modules.conf的问题。把这个文件帖上来。另外把网卡的芯片说一下，是什么芯片组的？？
