About DNS Server, pls help me.thanks.

Yesterday, I query DNS. Today I meet toubule.Pls see below message,and reply me, thanks.
In my coputer(192.168.1.13) I run nslookup test my dns server and response ok, but I in other computer set the dns server is my dns server and test my dns server the session show below messages to me. pls tell me cause thanks.
