求救：双网卡资源冲突的问题

控制台不断显示这个提示，应该是硬件资源冲突吧。

如何解决？有人告诉我说更换插槽，可是我更换eth1以后，连eth0也无法上网了。是不是更换插槽以后还要对网卡重新设置啊？:!!
