How to fix "error:libc.so.6(GLIBC_2.3 is needed"

when i install fcitx-2.0 returns "error:libc.so.6(GLIBC_2.3 is needed by fcitx"
when i install Chinput returns no error,but Chinput can't work.
Could you give me a hand to fix it?

在系统盘中意外发现一个中文包和minChinput,装上就可输入汉字了
