from the order "dmesg|grep DMA", i got the below:

SIS5513: SiS 961 MuTIOL IDE UDMA100 controller
ide0: BM-DMA at 0xff00-0xff07, BIOS settings: hda

MA, hdb

MA
ide1: BM-DMA at 0xff08-0xff0f, BIOS settings: hdc

MA, hdd

MA
hda: 39070080 sectors (20004 MB), CHS=2432/255/63, UDMA(33)

i think the system has run the DMA model when booting.

whatever, i run the command "hdparm -d1 /dev/hda" to open the DMA model. however, it still has the same problem. any other idea.

whether your hd's DMA is opened or not ,just check up your message in /var/log.
