x.org刷新率问题

vmware5.0+hoary+成功安装vmware-tools
重新启动之后把分辨率设成800*600,刷新率设成85,但进了x后屏幕四周的边框是空出来的，从图标大小看分辨率是800*600,但屏幕明显闪烁，很明显刷新率只有60,因为在windows下面这种情况只要调到85屏幕就满了，也不会觉得闪。
打开系统---首选项---屏幕分辨率，发现现在显示模式是800*600 85HZ,且刷新率只有一个85可选，请大家帮我看看问题出在哪一部分，我的显示器是syncmaster 757dfx,可以上到120hz.

先切换回windows,再全屏模式切换到linux,就一切ok了，看来是vmware视频设置的问题。
