安装系统过程中出现蓝屏

在安装wiinxp的过程中，文件复制完毕，重起进入安装到还有最后一分钟的时候出现蓝屏，其屏幕提示如下：
A problem has been detected and Windwos has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.  
  
If this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen, restart your computer. If this screen appears again, follow these steps:  
  
Check to be sure you have adequate disk space. If a driver is identified in the stop message, disable the driver or check with the manufacturer for driver updates. Try changing video adapters.  
  
Check with your hardware vendor for any BIOS updates. Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing. If you need to use safe mode to remove or disable components, restart your computer, press F8 to select Advanced Startup Options, and then select safe mode.

而且我试了好几次都是这样，同样的时间出现这样的题，请高手门帮帮门。电脑是神舟的，内存是256M,显存是32m。

我以前装的朋友的机器也出现过这种问题 那次好像是内存不兼容  (仅供参考)
