FC5下apache,php不成功。求助

应该怎么配置啊？

APACHE 2.0,php已yum升级至5.1.4

现在问题是：
1。明明apache已装，并且能打开默认页面。但：
[root@cunix cunoo]# rpm -q apache
package apache is not installed

2。默认页提示：

If you are the website administrator:

You may now add content to the directory /var/www/html/. Note that until you do so, people visiting your website will see this page, and not your content. To prevent this page from ever being used, follow the instructions in the file /etc/httpd/conf.d/welcome.conf.

按／etc/httpd/conf.d/welcom.conf.注销掉该页内容后重启httpd。
打开网页提示:403错误，并不打开自建的/var/www/html/index.htm.

3.yum下载安装完php后重启httpd.firdfox打开编辑的phpinfo.php只一味提示保存文件。好象php并不起作用。

我该怎么办？
