我找那个快速设置指南上的方法，安装了libxine-extracodecs和totem-xine
再启动totem就有下面的错误信息，启动不了了。

我没有用totem,你看一下有没有
看了错误信息,好像叫你加参数(E文不行,至今四级还没过 ),你在命令行试运行:
#totem --sync
看一下,如何还是不行,你升级软件
#sudo aptitude upgrade

我就是在命令行里运行的，什么参数都没加，就出来以上的信息。
我的DAPPER是今天才装的，应该用的totem是最新的了吧？没有能升级的东西呀。
现在只能用gxine来看电影。郁闷。

源里面的软件经常更新的,并不是最新的


你按上面的方法试一下能否解决

我安装的totem的确是最新的。

linux系统的软件包依赖性很强的，并不是你说用aptitude upgrade 升级totem,而是升级系统的其它软件为更新的软件
如果不行，偶也没有办法了

我用rhythmbox播放MP3，用mplayer movie player来播放视频
