WU-FTP匿名用户上传问题

匿名用户不能在我的FTP上上传, 但是REAL用户就可以.
我想可能是INCOMING目录的权限问题,可是我已经把权限设为777了.
下面是我的FTP的一些信息:

drwxrwxrwx 2 ftp ftp 4096 Mar 3 21:41 test

以下是ftpaccess的相关设置:

deny-uid %-99 %65535
deny-gid %-99 %65535
#allow-uid ftp

#allow-gid ftp

class all real,guest,anonymous *
class anony anonymous *
class nonano real,guest *
upload /home/ftp * no
upload /home/ftp /incoming* yes ftp ftp 777 dirs
