Support for Chinese, Italian and Spanish has been added to qsopcast

Support for Chinese, Italian and Spanish has been added to the svn version of qsopcast. Which language is chosen is decided by the value of environmental variable LANG. Please download from
svn checkout http://qsopcast.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/ qsopcast
and check out if there are any errors.

Steps for compilation and install:
qmake
make
make install

svn checkout http://qsopcast.googlecode.com/svn/tags/qsopcast-0.2.5/ qsopcast-0.2.5

fix bug of alsa mixer control
               add language support for chinese, italian and spanish
