升级内核后提示PCI:Failed to allocate mem resource...用的nv的显卡

今天把系统升级了一下，升级到ubuntu7.04，内核升级到了2.6.20.16。结果不能启动，老内核2.6.15.28也不能启动
2.6.20.16内核提示信息如下：

请问该如何解决

系统为 BioInfoServOS 1.01， 基于hiweed 1.01
