用sqlplus登录时的问题，Product user profile information not loaded!

我在linux上装了oracle 10g Express Edition
用sqlplus登录时发生这种情况：

no rows selected

SQL>

说是无法访问PRODUCT_USER_PROFILE，
但是我在下面执行了一句select，完全可以访问呀。
