redhat linux 安装oracle 客户端连接不上

我的oracle已经安装成功了,也用DBCA建立了一个数据库,可现在的问题是
当我建立完监听,服务名后,我测试连接会提示:
Attempting to connect using userid:  scott
The test did not succeed.
ORA-12500: TNS:listener failed to start a dedicated server process

There may be an error in the fields entered,
or the server may not be ready for a connection.

不知道是为什么?
起动监听提示挺正常:
