求助：重装系统后，thunderbird没有办法用以前的帐户

今天装了 11.2 Gnome, 真的很爽！

不过我的thunderbird出了问题。不知道应该在哪个版面发文章求助，因为这里来的比较多，所以就发在这里了。

以前的系统是11.1 32bit， 我在重装以前，把 .thunderbird 都拷贝了。新的系统是 11.2 64bit。 然后把备份的 .thunderbird 里面的内容考到新的 .thunderbird 里面。结果 thunderbird 就无法启动了。有没有人知道怎么解决这个问题阿？谢谢谢谢！

~/.thunderbird/<rofile name>/
However, if you're using a third ***** build from Debian or Ubuntu, those builds store your profile folder here:
~/.mozilla-thunderbird<rofile name>.
Both are hidden folders. See this article for more information. To show hidden files in Nautilus (Gnome desktop's default file browser), choose "View -> Show Hidden Files".

谢谢回复。但是我的问题不是找不到哪个文件夹，我找到了文件夹，但是把以前的profile 拷贝进去却不能用。上次从10.3 到 11.1 的时候这样做是可行的。不知道是不是 32bit 和 64bit 的不一样？

你有重新检查~/.mozilla-thunderbird的权限？因为考虑到你重装系统了，可能用户权限会有变化。

试试看chown chogrp 到你现在的用户，然后再启动。若还是不行，看文档，开debug信息，看看无法启动的原因是什么再查错。

发现是我自己的问题，我复制的是一个不完全的拷贝。后来把哪个完全的拷贝复制以后就好了。多谢”至尊宝“ 的回复！
