我前天用virtual pc5.0从iso镜像安装freebsd4.7,整个过程持续了3个小时（相比较论坛精华区那篇直接装的文章说只花了20分钟简直是天上地下啊），而且不是很成功。具体是在安装完软件包， 提示说“Remaking all devices .....Please wait之后，出现报错窗口说：
Message
Unable to get packages/INDEX file from selected media.
This may be because the packages collection is not available on the distribution media you've chosen,most likely an FTP site without the packages collection mirrored.Please verify that your media,or your path to the media,is correcdt and try again.
好像是说我的freebsd4.7 mini光盘文件有问题？但我可是从官方站点www.freebsd.org下的呀.
最后告诉我Installation completed with some errors. 
而且不能进入xwindow,用/stand/sysinstall进行XFree86配置的时候说XFree86 setup utility 没有安装。
我该如何解决这一问题呀，请高手们不吝赐教，谢谢了先！！！ |
