TL10中怎样检测设置电视卡，2.6内核是否支持电视功能?

用xawtv试试。
命令行里直接输入xawtv。

驱动的话，到网上搜搜。或是看看内核里面有没有。

把lspci -vx 的输出发出来看看

品尼高用的是bt878的还是philips 7139的，这两个网上都有驱动，去搜一下就行了
