oracle9i不能通过sqlplus进行内部连接

我昨天在redhat9.0上安装好oracle9i后
能够通过sqlplus scott/tiger@oracle进行连接
不过，今天就不行了
提示：
[oracle@linuxsir oracle]$ sqlplus scott/tiger@oracle

我又用另一个账号连接，提示：
[oracle@linuxsir oracle]$ sqlplus internal

不知为什么会这样，昨天还好好的，是不是我还要完成什么歨骤才行呢？

没错!我也遇到同样的问题,而且我在用oemapp console调出GUI的控制台时,竟然无法输入用户名和密码!!

数据库没启动!
先起数据库
$sqlplus /nolog
$connect internal
$startup
再起监听器
$lsnrctl start

查看数据库是否启动
$ps -ef|grep ora_
这是oracle8的,我手头没有oracle9的环境

$ps -ef|grep -i pmon
如果这个进程完成就具有运行中的数据库了
