搞了很久，终于搞定小企鹅(fcitx)！

我在gentoo中就没有搞定fcitx。在FreeBSD中同样没有搞定。
狂晕呀！！！
在FreeBSD中还有没有其他输入法呀。以前我用input，不过现在发现ports中没有这一个了。

重装FreeBSD之后不行了。以前按照这样配置可以的。
但是现在同样的设置，用Ctrl+Space却打不开fcitx。
用Ctrl+Shift也不可以。。ft～

You should  note that if the FreeBSD's version you  using is 5.2 or higher, You cannot set the locale as 5.1 or other lower versions.You must set the locale and font zone setting  to "zh_CN.eucCN" in the file ~/.gWuBi/profile.

i am now in freebsd5.2.1,fcitx1.8.4 and 2.0 do not work!
my local was set to zh_CN.EUC, and i added the line "export XMODIFIERS=@im=fcitx     fcitx&" to  ~/.xinitrc

用root就可以调用出fcitx 普通用户就调用不出来

成功安装fcitx 2.x版本，现在使用的输入法就是。但是仍然有以下疑问：
只有在使用中文语言环境下才能打开fcitx，如果系统环境为E文的话就根本不可能使用该输入法，那位高手可否帮忙解决！！
注：制顶文章看过了，仍然解决不了！

在freebsd5.3中是这样的，前题还要装中文字体。
#cd ~/
#vi .cshrc   加上这两句就可以了。
setenv LC_CTYPE zh_CN.eucCN

setenv XMODIFIERS @im=fcitx



但没办法自东打开fcitx,楼主的方法在freebsd5.3中已无效。  还要手动在konsole 中输入#fictx.  请问怎么样才可以开机自动fcitx.
