终于决定GPL发布，以前说了不少废话，请大家不要多心。

做开发要的是一种激情和气概，很佩服perl-oicq, status兄以及其他朋友的努力和胸襟。我两个星期写出这个咚咚，如果接着这么疯，肯定要被炒鱿鱼了。希望有心人能在这个基础上继续开发，做出更好的 QQ Plugin for Gaim。(我这边会做的比较慢一些了)

Ver 0.2 Final updates:

* Data type follows glib format (a lot of re-write)
* Remove hardcode UTF-8 menu, use po file
* Perfect zh_CN.po ... (Pls try in zh_CN local)

安装说明：(请回帖编译结果)

这个版本我在gentoo linux 1.4上编译了两次测试没有问题。

以前不是GPL吗？那为什么源代码里面还是有GPL的声明呢？搞不明白，谁解释一下
