No rule to make target 'IC.O' , need by "gWuBi". stop
make 'install' is up to date
装不上我该装一些什么才能安装自由软件呢？有好多别的我也装不上。

有些怪，前面没有其它错误信息了吗？IC.O是IC.c编译生成的中间文件，由gcc生成
