REDHAT 8.0 英文系统怎么装XSIM

我根据帮助文件和上面的帖子 总是失败
步骤
INSTALL DB4-CXX

        %cd db-dir/build_unix
        %../dist/configure --enable-cxx --prefix=/usr/local
        %make
        %make install                #maybe need be root

INSTALL XSIM

        %cd xsim-dir
        %./configure
        %make
        %make install                #maybe need be root



USE XISM
        %export XMODIFIERS=@im=XSIM
        %xsim

但给出错误 运行不了

Sorry, my Chinese Input does not work.

I am using Redhat 8.0, local English. I installed xsim successful. But when I lunch it, it is said
Failed reading config file

Question: Do I really re-install DB4. I found Redhat 8.0 has already intalled it.
# rpm -q db4
db4-4.0.14-14
