一：下载   
          scim-1.0.0-1fc2.i386.rpm
          scim-chinese-0.4.1-1fc2.i386.rpm
          scim-hangul-0.1.2-1fc2.i386.rpm
          scim-tables-zh-0.4.3-1.i586.rpm

二：root下使用 alien *.rpm
    将这些 rpm 转换为 deb

三：root下 bpkg -i *.deb

四：root下 修改 /etc/environment 文件

LANG=zh_CN
XMODIFIERS=@im=SCIM
XIM=SCIM
XIM_PROGRAM=scim
XIM_ARGS=-d
GTK_IM_MODULE=SCIM
LC_ALL=zh_CN
LC_CTYPE=zh_CN.GBK

为了找到需要改这个文件。我都累晕了。

五：打开 应用程序/桌面首选项/高级/会话 的窗口，点 启动程序 点添加 输入
    scim -d

然后重启电脑，就有了。

scim的deb包都已经进入unstble状态了，可以用sarge的source.list  aptget

我就安装的Debian不稳定版，里面的scim是0.97-2 安装完毕呼不出，
卸载，安装0.99-8 版，运行出错,再卸载,安装1.0正常,还是呼不出,
修改环境变量,终于好了.
