[HELP]System not to response while running eclipse cdt3 rc1 with its C/C++ ind

My Windows will always not response with a high cpu utilization, while using the C/C++ indexer in eclipse cdt3 rc1.

I'm now using MinGW, but it is still the case in cygwin environment.

I do not ever try this in linux environment.

Are problems of Microsoft Windows supposed to be dealt with here? hehe
