no X???

I install Debian unstable -> apt-get install xfree86-common xserver-common xserver-xfree86 xbase-clients
xfonts-base xfonts-100dpi xfonts-75dpi -> some chinese fonts -> metacity -> gnome .... And now i am in gnome.

but when i configure Xsim, it tells me

checking for X... no
configure: error: X Window System not found

Oh???? What happend???

XFree的开发包没有安装。
