CDMA上网求助

我用的是ubuntu6.06,查了不少资料，以为终于可以用PCMCIA-CDMA上网了，可是最后一步还是不行，这是在我的机器上得到的信息，我用的是PCMCIA的上网卡，各位帮帮忙

Sorry, no modem was detected!  Is it in use by another program?
Did you configure it properly with setserial?
