什么编码都不好使，就是乱码。

定义下环境变量:
export LESSCHARSET=utf-8
export GROFF_ENCODING=utf-8

当然，最好是装上新些的groff，考虑到中文的手册寥寥，怕麻烦的话，装个新点的groff，直接用groof -Kutf8 -Tutf8 -man ??.1 来看好了
