debian 6.0 squeeze, eclipse, tomcat 7 调试无法启动

我的系统是debian 6.0 squeeze,
Eclipse Java EE IDE for Web Developers.
Version: Helios Service Release 2
Build id: 20110218-0911
Tomcat 7.0
在启动调试功能对jsp/servlet进行调试时，卡在tomcat的启动。直到超时报错。而不调试的话，tomcat可以正常运行。
eclipse和tomcat目录都在/usr/local/bin下，属性如下
