VSFTP 问题， 用户登陆后，只能下载，不能上传？

我已经查看论坛上相关的贴子，都没有这个怪问题，请指教。

我的RH9.0 Linux有一用户：test
我禁止匿名登陆FTP，
然后启动
chroot_list_enable=YES
chroot_list_file=/etc/vsftpd.chroot_list
禁止test用户可以浏览上层目录，
之后将test的默认目录/home/test 改成/var/www/cgi-bin.

这样就成功地控制了test用户只可以访问我的cgi-bin目录，
但十分奇怪，用test登陆后，只能下载文件，不能上传！
好象对cgi-bin的目录没有写的权限。

take a look at your ftp log file, perhaps you have a permission's trouble

好象没有太多信息。
/var/log/vsftpd.log内容如下：

完美解决。
cgi-bin目录权限问题:
chmod -R a+rwx /var/www/cgi-bin

但是这样设置，那text用户也可删除你FTP上的文件啊！
