openwebmail的有一问题

我是用的RPM包来安装的OPENWEBMAIL，可是装好后，我输入http://218.4.*.*/cgi-bin/openwebmail/openwebmail.pl
后，却出现如下的错误：
　Please execute '/var/www/cgi-bin/openwebmail/openwebmail-tool.pl --init' on server first!
于是我就运行OPENWEBMAIL－TOOL。PL　－－INIT
可是系统提示却如下：
WARNING!

The perl on your system has serious bug in routine tell()!
While openwebmail can work properly with this bug, other perl application
may not function properly and thus cause data loss.

We suggest that you should patch your perl as soon as possible.

请问这是什么原因呢？
