关于wine的配置与使用？？

我的wine是安装linux时便安装好了，现在使用不知如何配置，一直找不到config文件，现在使用会出现如下问题：
[root@localhost tc]# wine cinstxfr.exe

Please define it in dlls/kernel/nls/YourLanguage.nls
and submit patch for inclusion into the next Wine release.
