X is display server, meaning the remote host is a server for you to display something. Common network server, like ftp server serves files, but X serves display. So what you plan to do with X? Usually you can only display something on the remote X display! Hmm, probably you can display your root shell terminal on the remote X server and give the people on that host your root shell. :-))))))) |
