postgresql ：程序联接不上数据库

联接数据库时出现的问题，初学，请多关照 。

我看了输出的错误信息，应该是postgresql的配置文件有问题。
还没有配置为可以tcp/ip连接。
你到chinaunix去查一下，那里有个postgresql专区。
