还是nvidia驱动的问题

我按照论坛中的方法安装我的tnt2 m64显卡，重新启动以后只有屏幕左上方有个红方框在闪动，然后系统就没反映了。重新启动也不行！可我再redhat7.2中成功安装了，怎么8.0反而不行了呢！  我所有的办法都试过了，那位大哥能帮忙解决！:confused:

兄弟，你用的是RPM还是TAR安装的？说一下吧。

开始我是用tar安装的,不成功,也是有红方框闪动,然后我用rpm安装也不行!

我就成功了。。。。现在用的很好。把/etc/X11/XF86Config文件发上来，我看一下。

这是我的XF86config文件,  另外我在tar安装的时候,有告警提示 ,  而在RPM安装的时候, 则提示 can not locate NVdriver ,这是为什么呢?

这是我RPM安装时的提示

这是我用NVIDIA_kernel-1.0-3123.src.rpm编译后产生的rpm包的告警显示, 用tar安装有同样的显示,  安装完毕,修改XF86config以后,重启就在屏幕的左上角有一个红方框闪动. 只有reset然后用光盘起动到linux rescue修改才能 恢复  .  只要把nv改为nvidia就是这样,我怀疑安装时哪个文件有问题.

把kernel source先安装上，可能在第二张盘吧。试着找一下。然后以root权限用tar包来安装。

我用rpm装也是这样，后来退出Xwin，把kernel和GLX都用tar包装再重启Xwin就正常了。
